Albertine is a gorgeous, chic new restaurant that just opened in Charlotte, NC. (That marble bar hello?)

Le Coin is a cute French restaurant that opened in September in the Meatpacking District in NYC.

Paya in Miami Beach is a brand new restaurant blending Caribbean, Spanish, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

Le Bar Penelope is a stunning new cocktail bar in New York that just opened its doors in September.

Feel like you’re on vacation in the middle of Downtown LA with the new Lost Rooftop Cocktail + Taco Bar.

Tucked underneath Hotel Granada in Atlanta, their vibey cocktail bar May Peel just celebrated its grand opening.

Perle is a darling new wine and raw bar that just opened in the West Village in NYC.

Teleferic Barcelona just opened their newest location at 2nd & PCH in Long Beach.

Rokusho is a sleek and minimalist Japanese restaurant and bar new to Hollywood’s dining scene.

Bar Sprezzatura is a cute new Italian restaurant and spritz bar in New York’s Kimpton Hotel Theta.

Halo Bar is a gorgeous rooftop bar that recently opened in Belleview Station in Denver, CO and boasts stunning views of the city and mountains.

The Thompson Palm Springs has finally opened its doors and is ready to start taking reservations.

The Manner is one of New York City’s newest hotels, located in Soho and bringing sophisticated retro vibes with it. They also opened their restaurant The Otter and cocktail bar Sloane’s as well.

Casa Loma Beach Hotel in Laguna Beach just completed a $15M remodel and is looking super chic.

And we have our eyes on lots of end of year hotel openings coming soon so stay tuned…

While news is constantly dropping about new restaurant openings in every city, our goal is to keep it nice and niche to the places we would feature on Opulist and that would make you feel most excited and sparkly when you learn about it.
