Designed by Brooklyn's Post Company (the same team behind the Lafayette Hotel), the property features pearlescent clamshell beds, walls adorned with scenic landscapes, oversized mirrored minibars in bold red and bronze, and custom wallpaper with freestanding tubs in the bathrooms. The hotel transforms a former parking lot into a 6,000-square-foot al fresco entryway with lush landscaping, exaggerated rock formations, and sculptural water features, plus three restaurant concepts including a Greek-Mediterranean brasserie and a reservation-only oyster and Champagne bar.
The Vineta | Palm Beach, FL
Oetker Collection makes its U.S. debut with The Vineta in Palm Beach, opening in early 2026 as the brand's 12th Masterpiece Hotel worldwide. The property occupies the former Chesterfield Hotel with a complete restoration by Paris-based designer Tino Zervudachi, reducing the room count from 57 to 41 more spacious accommodations inspired by Palm Beach's island lifestyle. White Elephant Resorts heads west for the first time with a 54-room hotel in Aspen's West End neighborhood, opening February 2026 on the corner of Main Street and Garmisch Street. Boston-based firm EMBARC designed the property to blend Aspen's Victorian-inspired aesthetic with contemporary Alpine-chic interiors featuring a palette of rust, warm whites, and deep charcoals paired with leather, wood, and stone textures. The hotel partners with Anderson Ranch Arts Center to showcase over 50 works by local artists, making it the only Aspen hotel to feature the ranch's artists, while signature restaurant LoLa 41° brings seafood and sushi inspired by destinations along the 41st parallel, plus a speakeasy lounge, on-site Boot Lounge with heated ski lockers, and complimentary BMW courtesy vehicles for exploring the area.
