Hotel Openings
Palm House is a boutique luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, newly renovated and reopened after being closed for 17 years. Nestled along the historic Royal Palm Way, this Mediterranean-inspired retreat offers 79 spacious rooms and suites with vaulted ceilings, private terraces, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces, embodying classic luxury and the timeless sophistication of Addison Mizner's architectural legacy.
Restaurant & Bar Openings
Carry On in Phoenix, is a newly launched cocktail lounge, takes guests on an immersive journey back to the golden era of travel with its retro airplane-inspired ambiance.
After a two-year renovation, a historic Long Beach hotel property reopened in November, with two new restaurants, a jazz bar, and a rooftop bar blocks from the Marina. Fairmont Breakers Long Beach’s Sky Room, seasonal Italian Nettuno, Alter Ego jazz bar, and 360-degree views rooftop bar Halo.
In Salt Lake City, Melancholy reimagines the classic wine bar with a charming yet elevated atmosphere. Spread across two stories with a bar on each level, with cozy seating and a moody, verdant vibe with antiques, upcycled furnishings, and an abundance of plants.
La Tête d’Or seamlessly blends French elegance with New York sophistication, offering a grand yet inviting space featuring rich blue banquettes, warm wood tones, and copper accents.
While it opened in August, it’s new on our radar, Norikaya in Los Angeles, is a polished new izakaya bringing decadent hand rolls to Koreatown.
Mitsuru is a new neighborhood Japanese restaurant in the West Village with a big wine list. An omakase can be enjoyed at the 8-seat counter, where chef-owner Mitsuru presides nightly.
At Aqua New York in the heart of Flatiron, just a stone’s throw from Union Square you have a choice of two restaurants serving Japanese and Italian cuisine. Order from one or both, wherever you are seated.
Recently opened in Chicago, Cantina Rosa offers craft cocktails and small plates that appeal to sophisticated palates and newcomers alike. Its humble yet creative atmosphere seamlessly blends modern sensibilities with traditional influences.

Morella in San Francisco blends Italian and Argentine cuisines, served in a vibrant, convivial space that nods to its namesake Morel mushroom in both its menu and decor.
Barlume in NYC offers an all-day dining experience steeped in the sun-soaked flavors of the Mediterranean. Bar Lume Downstairs, a subterranean cocktail club, offers a hidden escape, perfect for savoring expertly crafted cocktails and light bites in a seductive, intimate atmosphere.
Berenjak is now open at DUMBO House. The member-favorite London restaurant has landed across the pond, with a menu of authentic Iranian dishes now being served at the Brooklyn-based House.
Jaguar Room, newly opened in Los Angeles' Silver Lake neighborhood, is a playful and campy cocktail bar blending vibrant design with creative drinks, offering a lively atmosphere ideal for community connections.
Lastly, for dessert, the new AWAN Larchmont location in Los Angeles brings its signature minimalist elegance to the heart of the neighborhood, blending natural design elements with a refined approach to plant-based soft serve.
