Detroit’s new fall hotspot Lady of the House is an old favorite reborn in a new home.

After years of anticipation, popular pandemic-era steakhouse pop-up Sunny’s Steakhouse is back—this time as a permanent fixture in Miami’s dining scene.

Time and Tide is a new “steakhouse for seafood” near Madison Square Park.

Located in the heart of Denver, Pasque creates a unique dining atmosphere, designed to mimic a serene forest floor, providing a calming escape from urban life.

RVR is an all-day Japanese Izakaya / Tavern in Venice which combines the epic traditions of everyday Japanese drinking fare with the abundant and colorful bounty of California seasonal produce and local fisheries.

Escape to the South of France at this new West Hollywood patio, Chez Mia.

Edgemar is a new Modern American neighborhood restaurant nestled in a historic Frank Gehry-designed building on Main Street in Santa Monica.

Zio’s is a new modern Italian steakhouse in the heart of Las Vegas.

Denver’s vibrant RiNo Arts District welcomed a new jewel to its skyline: Sorry Gorgeous. A chic rooftop bar perched on the 12th floor of the Novel RiNo residential building.

Stellar Jay at Denver’s new Populus Hotel offers a stylish rooftop dining experience with elevated cocktails and cuisine, all set against panoramic views of the city and mountains.

Populus, the first carbon-positive hotel in the U.S., recently opened in Denver as a sustainably focused, design-forward destination featuring bold architecture.

Inspired by Salt Lake City's most iconic architectural structure, The Union Pacific Depot, Asher Adams is a new luxury hotel with striking views of downtown and the Wasatch mountains.

Just steps from Central Park, The Surrey is a reimagined Manhattan icon blending classic luxury with contemporary style.
