ROOST Apartment Hotel, a pioneering high-design short-term hotel brand from acclaimed hospitality firm Method Co., debuted ROOST Rainey in January 2026 as Austin's newest hotel and the brand’s first location in Texas. The 59-room hotel was envisioned as an extension of Paseo’s refined and seamless blend of hospitality and residential life. Designed by LV Collective in collaboration with Method Co., the interiors draw from the rhythm of Rainey Street and infuse subtle local references through art, craftsmanship, and materials that speak to the city’s architectural language and cultural rhythm. Natural finishes, handmade details, and a palette mirroring the soft light and textures of Central Texas create warm, layered, and character-filled spaces that resonate with the spirit of Austin. ROOST Rainey’s guests also have access to Paseo’s comprehensive lineup of amenities, including a 12th-floor pool deck with views of Lady Bird Lake; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a reformer Pilates and yoga studio, cold plunges, and saunas; coworking space; and several elevated food & beverage concepts onsite.
