The whole space began with a single square of wallpaper. Chef/Owner Kristen Hall fell in love with a floral print from House of Hackney featuring pink peonies, her favorite flower, and carried the swatch in her purse for almost 2 years before the restaurant ever opened. From that one swatch, she designed the entire interior herself: a curved prosciutto marble bar, a full wall of custom pistachio-colored wine cabinets, and that now-iconic peony wallpaper as the blooming focal point.
