A reimagined 1969 Brutalist concrete cube in downtown Indianapolis, now a boutique hotel where exposed concrete ceilings meet velvet and leather lobby furniture, vivid colors, layered textures, and mid-century modern furnishings. A sixth floor was added to accommodate the Cannon Ball rooftop lounge with 180-degree skyline views and an outdoor courtyard with a fireplace below.
