A 21-acre retreat where natural-faced white oak cladding wraps a custom farmhouse and two cottages, all designed by Studio Seiders to honor Texas settler culture through hand-painted ceramic tiles depicting native flora, vintage textiles transformed into art installations, and layered textures that feel deeply rooted in farm life. The limestone set with traditional mortar schmear and a glass-enclosed dogtrot nod to German architecture, while hand-planed oak floors, a spring-inspired pool, and rolling hills beneath live oaks invite guests to slow down and reconnect with the heritage of central Texas.
