A reservation-only oyster and champagne bar hidden behind a sculpture in the Baby Grand lobby, with a mosaic floor depicting sea creatures, solid brass booths upholstered in red mohair, mirrored walls, and a dual cocktail and raw bar painted in the style of Géricault's Raft of the Medusa. Equal parts 1950s cocktail lounge and 1980s Versace fever dream.
