A riverfront lifestyle hotel in the Steel District, designed by Box Interior Design with industrial and natural influences, metalwork, and abstract local art throughout. Rooms pay direct homage to the former Sioux Steel plant on the site, with yellow barrel drum nightstands, barn doors made at a nearby Sioux Steel plant, and mirrors outlining the Big Sioux River. A two-sided lobby fireplace overlooks Falls Park through floor-to-ceiling windows.
